3.2 — Registration Requirements
To register a player account on pk335, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile phone number, a secure password, and confirmation of your age eligibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must update it promptly if any details change.
3.3 — One Account Policy
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the pk335 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. pk335 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate associated balances where multiple accounts are identified.
3.4 — Geographic Restrictions
pk335 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to verify that your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction before creating an account or engaging with any pk335 service.
4.1 — Account Security

6.1 — Bet Acceptance
All bets and game wagers placed on pk335 are subject to acceptance at the Company's discretion. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation reference number from the pk335 platform. In the event of technical faults, communication errors, or erroneous odds arising from manifest errors (including but not limited to typographical errors resulting in odds significantly deviating from market rates), pk335 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes at the original deposited value.

Game titles, provider names, and associated intellectual property displayed on pk335 remain the property of their respective rights holders. pk335 operates under valid licensing agreements for all third-party content displayed on the platform.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures within thirty (30) days of formal submission, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body specified by pk335's licensing authority.
